These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the SmartPitch Soccer mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the App Store terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except as permitted by law; (b) use the App for any unlawful purpose; or (c) interfere with or disrupt the App or its related services.

3. Children

The App is designed to be suitable for young players. If you are a minor, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children’s use of the App.

4. Advertising

The App is supported by advertising provided through third-party networks (such as Google AdMob). Your use of the App is also subject to those providers’ terms and policies as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its content, design, graphics, and code, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or branding.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Apple App Store

These Terms are between you and us, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
